Samsung has revealed the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone as part of its CES 2023 event activities. The budget phone packs a lot of punch for its price, which has been revealed as Rs. 27,999 for the Nepalese market. Design
The design of the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has the same camera layout as its predecessor, the Galaxy A13 5G with its rear three-camera ring arrangement. The camera design looks exactly like the upcoming Galaxy S23 and S23+. Like last year, Samsung appears to use a similar camera layout in all of its devices launching this year.
The phone has a textured back with a laser pattern and is available in black, light green, and dark red color options. The power button, which doubles as a fingerprint sensor, and volume buttons are given on the right side of the device. Likewise, a speaker, USB-C port, and 3.5mm headphone jack are located on the bottom.
Display
The A14 5G has a 6.6-inch Infinity-V display. The infinity-V design means the phone has a waterdrop notch to house the front-facing camera at the top. The display is an LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution which supports a 90Hz high refresh rate.

Performance
Inside, the smartphone is powered by Samsung’s new octa-core Exynos 1330 mobile silicon. It is a fairly new processor and we don’t know much about it other than it is an octa-core SoC with two high-performance cores clocked at up to 2.4GHz and six power-efficient cores at up to 2.0GHz.
Memory
the memory option includes up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. You can also expand the storage to 1TB with an SD Card even after making the purchase. The A14 5G is available in three configurations: 64GB storage with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage with either 6 or 8GB RAM.
Camera
The waterdrop notch at the center of the screen is home to an improved selfie camera. Galaxy A14 5G now has a 13MP selfie sensor, up from 5MP from its predecessor. The triple camera setup has a 50MP primary camera, along with a 2MP depth and a 2MP macro sensor. But, there is no dedicated ultrawide module.
Battery and OS
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G gets its juice from a 5,000mAh battery, and it supports 15W charging. The phone ships with Android 13-based One UI 5 out of the box and is guaranteed four years of security updates.
